This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how CurbUp LLC (“CurbUp”) uses personal information (“Personal Information”) and applies to all new users who register on our site on or after the Effective Date.  CurbUp LLC respects the privacy and security of our users. We will not share your information to any person or organization outside CurbUp LLC, except as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our practices, please do not register, subscribe, create an account, agree to receive CurbUp text messages, or otherwise interact with CurbUp at (or the mobile and touch versions), and any individual, business partner-specific, merchant-specific, city-specific, or other area-specific sites we offer.


Information We Collect and How We Use It
CurbUp LLC collects certain information from and about our users in three ways: from our Web server logs, with cookies, and directly from users.

Web server logs. When you visit the CurbUp website, we may track information to administer the Website and analyze its usage with tools such as Google Analytics. Examples of information we may track include: Internet protocol addresses, the type of browser or computers used to access the site, the number of links clicked and pages viewed, the geographical region from where the Website was accessed, the date and time the Website was accessed, internet service providers used, and the web pages linked to our Website from which users accessed the site.

Cookies. Our website uses cookies (i.e., small bits of text that our servers place into a file on your computer's hard drive). This is used to save your preferences and, where applicable, your login information, and provide personalized functionality. Personal information provided by the user. On our website, we may open up forums, and allow for user reviews and user ratings.  In such events, you may be asked to submit your name and certain contact information, such as an email address. This information is considered Posted Content and may be made public. You should not participate in forums or upload content to the public or community portions of the website if you wish to keep this information private. We may also offer surveys, polls and questionnaires for our own market research.  You may be required to submit personal information, such as your name and e-mail address. Only your responses to CurbUp’s surveys, polls, and questionnaires will be considered Posted Content and may be anonymously made public. You may register for and/or purchase content or services, including but not limited to on-demand marketing, monitoring, alert services, personalized content, surveys, contests or promotional offerings, etc. When you register for or purchase such services, we may ask you for some personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, location, and phone number. In addition, if the service you choose to use from CurbUp requires financial payment, we may also receive financial information from you.

You may be asked to disclose personal information to us so that we can provide assistance and information to you. For example, we may collect personal information from you (such as an email address, system information, and problem descriptions) in order to provide technical support and troubleshooting online or via telephone.


Your personally identifiable information, such as your name and email address, as well as any financial information we receive, will never be given away, sold or rented under any circumstances except if required by law.
Demographic information, including but not limited to, gender, age, preferred merchants, preferences, if provided, will only be used in an aggregated manner (combined across users) and will never be associated with your personally identifiable information except as required by law or necessary to perform the functions necessary to service your account.

Certain third party service providers such as website server hosting companies may have access to collected information.


How We Protect Your Information
CurbUp uses technical security measures intended to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control.


Links to Other Companies' Sites
Our websites contain links to sites maintained by companies that are not affiliated with CurbUp. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those sites, and we encourage you to use caution when visiting them. In particular, we recommend you view the privacy policy posted on each site.


Privacy Policy Changes
Changes to this privacy policy may occur at any time and will be posted promptly. Users should periodically review the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use Agreement and discontinue using the site if User does not agree with both the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use Agreement.


Transfer and Reassignment of Privacy Policy
In the event that CurbUp LLC, or a portion thereof, is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, CurbUp LLC reserves the right, to transfer or assign the information collected as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. This Policy may in whole or in part be transferred to the third party entity or may be terminated without prior notice.
